1. We need to reprogram the Main Control Board
2. need to be replaced compressor;
3. system needs to be purged by Nitrogen;
4. I used special tools for refrigerant tube connection;
5. put refrigerant;
6. system was stabilization
7. refrigerator is back in business!

Dryer Samsung issue, customer complaint dryer not tumbling, Diagnosis is that dryer belt broken. We check the dryer idler pulley and motor pulley just in case, make sure that is ok, because if broken or has damage need to be replaced too because it will be the same failure in future.
The belt has been replaced, and the dryer is back in business!

Refrigerator's issue: ice and water dispenser actuator not working. 
Resolve the problem: Pulled out dispenser and diagnosis found defective flop door motor and his plastic drive connection.
We replaced the door motor and plastic drive connection;
problem resolved, and the refrigerator dispenser was back in business.
