We ARE gurus of repair service but prolong our effectiveness with 30-days labor warranty to instantaneously fix any unpredictable situations with your appliances.

In case of recall within 30 days after works done, we provide free service call.
- Labor warranty does not include:Self-abuse, overloading, force-major situation like natural disasters or flooding and voltage spikes. Food and flooring losses as well as refrigerator leaks are also not covered by our warranty. Special order parts’ deposits are not subject to reimburse. The customer shall contact the manufacturer concerning all issues on warranty/extended one. In case you have the parts purchased by yourself make them certain be originally manufactured, otherwise no warranty or refunds will be applied. The customer is responsible to keep the original invoice to have warranty come into effect.

Appt. Scheduled in a timely manner also arrived on time. Had some difficulty figuring out the problem but continued to problem solve until the appliance was working. Also suggested an appliance cleaner and using liquid soap instead of powder. Emailed link regarding the cleaner. Very thorough.
We had a leak coming from our refrigerator and when we called Lowes, they sent us West Bay Appliance Repair and their great technician Andrew. Andrew called ahead and showed up on time and diagnosed the problem. He then got the part within 24 hours and came back at 5 o’clock on a Friday to finish installing the part.
