What is your diagnostic fee?
A flat diagnostic/trip fee applies and is credited toward the repair when you proceed.
What are your warranties?
90-day labor and 1-year parts on installed OEM-grade parts (manufacturer terms may vary). We document parts on your invoice.
Which brands do you service?
All major brands (Whirlpool, GE, Samsung, LG, KitchenAid, Frigidaire, Maytag) plus high-end: Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Miele, Viking, Fisher & Paykel, and more.
Which appliances do you repair?
Refrigerators/ice makers, freezers, dishwashers, ovens/ranges, cooktops, microwaves, washers, dryers, wine coolers, built-in ice machines.
Do you service built-ins and panel-ready units?
Yes. We protect floors and cabinetry, follow manufacturer procedures, and remove only what’s necessary.
Do you carry parts on the truck?
We stock common fans, sensors, valves, heaters, relays and icemaker kits. Rare parts may need a short follow-up visit.
Refrigerator warm but freezer fine — is that same-day fixable?
Often yes. Typical causes: iced evaporator, failed evaporator fan, defrost system fault, dirty condenser coils. We carry common parts.
Ice maker not working or overflowing — common causes?
Frozen fill tube, faulty water inlet valve, failed ice-maker module, low water pressure, misaligned shut-off arm.
Washer not draining / Dryer not heating — do you handle that?
Yes. We diagnose pumps, hoses, lint blockages, elements, thermostats, control issues.
Do you service Sub-Zero wine storage / built-in ice machines?
Yes—Sub-Zero/Wolf wine storage, Scotsman, U-Line and similar premium units.

Cash, major cards, and Zelle. Full payment is due at job completion.
Can I buy my own parts?
We recommend OEM-grade parts we supply and warranty. Customer-supplied parts are installed case-by-case and are not covered by our parts warranty.
Cancellation or reschedule policy?
Please notify us ASAP; same-day cancellations may incur a nominal trip charge if the tech is already dispatched.
Are you insured and background-checked?
Yes. Owner-operated, insured, EPA-certified for sealed-system work where applicable.
How should I prepare for the visit?
Clear a path to the appliance, remove items from inside when possible, keep pets secured for safety.
